Day 6 of 30 Days of Brave
I AM PREPARED
TODAY’S BRAVE ACT
Choose one metric to use that can measure the results of my 30-day goal.
Measuring progress will help me stay on track, reach my target dates, and experience the achievement that will propel me to bravely charge forth in the face of fear.
I will reach my goal by:
- I will sleep 8 hours + per night
- I will eat cleanly
- I will reduce my sugar intake
- I will not make unnecessary purchases
- I will bin or donate what does not spark joy
- I will get more fresh air
- I will walk each day to clear my mind
I will know whether I’ve achieved my goal by whether my house is in better shape than when I started this challenge and whether I feel less anxious about the amount of work I need to do at home.
Navigating towards what I most desire.
PREPARED: make ready or able to do or deal with something.
As I connect deeper with myself and have an awareness of my life at this present moment, I establish clarity on my brave intentions. These intentions provide me with a compass towards the experiences I wish to have. Knowing what I want and creating a clear vision will help keep me oriented on my journey towards a braver, bolder life and allow exciting changes to follow.
If you don’t know where you are going, you might not get there.
I have 24 days left in my 30-day goal to (be living a simpler life in a happier home).
Which means within two weeks, I need to (declutter my home).
Which means in a week, I need to (have a task list prepared).
Which means in the next three days, I need to (complete a weekly plan for the next 3 weeks).
To hit that 3-day goal, today I need to (relax).
